The Problem

Conventional “stick built” home construction methods are extremely wasteful of
time and materials and the end product consumes excessive amounts of energy
forever.

“Manufactured housing” is more efficient and produces less material waste but
when incorporating stick built methods (in a factory), many of the conventional
energy waste problems are unresolved.  In addition, transportation issues
dictate design.

Why E-Space ?

Because E-Space combines the quickest method of construction with the most
energy efficient insulation method known and the most ecologically friendly
materials.  This patented method allows a superior quality, energy efficient home
to be constructed in days instead of weeks or months.

All high rises are economically constructed by attaching panels (some with
windows) to a space frame.  This allows totally flexible interior space which can
be reconfigured at will.  In residences, load bearing (stick built) walls make for
small rooms, low ceilings, inflexible spaces and excessive energy consumption.

By adapting the high rise construction concept to home building: i.e.
quickly assembling a space frame and then covering the frame with Structural
Insulated Panels (SIPs), E-Space has combined the best of all construction
methods and, in the process, created the Greenest of the Green homes.  

What’s more, as new energy saving inventions are introduced in the oncoming
Green Tidal Wave, new technology can be simply plugged in to an E-Space
structure without compromising the integrity of the concept.

By utilizing the E-Space “tool kit” a creative designer can produce a wide array
