Experience:

Upon graduation from Tarkio, joined small, fast growing company in Market
Research Dept. and then Marketing.  Company was purchased by Pillsbury         
and was transferred to Minneapolis.  Became youngest Pillsbury Division
Manager at that time.  Selected for Pillsbury Top Management Program at Univ.
of Minnesota for Masters Degree Credit.

Hired by Abbott Labs in Chicago to assist in setting up a new Grocery Products
Division. Reported to Abbott President Charles Brown.  Handled Market
Research, Brand Management and was on an acquisition team that acquired
several other companies to build the Division.  

Out of interest in Design and Environmental Psychology, got involved in new
Abbott Corporate Headquarters project.  Ultimately, joined one of the companies
involved in the project, Knoll International (based in New York) City, known as
one of the leading companies in design and architecture.

Relocated to Dallas, Texas with Knoll, working with Architects and Designers on
Corporate Facilities.  In 6 months, promoted to National Accounts Manager and
in one year to Regional Manager based in St. Louis Mo. responsible for
Midwest.  Did Post Grad work in Architectural Psychology at Washington U. in St.
Louis.

Transferred by Knoll to Los Angeles, CA responsible for Regional Offices in
area from Detroit to Hawaii.  Major projects were interior architecture and
furnishings for TRW Space Park, Los Angeles, Bank of America Headquarters in
San Francisco, Salt Lake City Library, and numerous sites for IBM and Xerox.

Declined being promoted to NYC Knoll Corporate Headquarters, accepted offer
to become President of a Los Angeles based company, which became Group
Artec, and built it into a multifaceted furnishings company active in 16 countries.

Purchased an interior construction company and evolved the Company into real
estate development.  Sold off the other divisions to several leading furnishings
companies.

First development project was a 315,000 sq.ft. office building in Santa Monica,
CA.  While building the project, consulted with National Medical Enterprises, a
multi-billion dollar hospital management company.  NME purchased building for
their corporate headquarters.  Sold the building for them.  To date, have
completed over 85 corporate relocation projects for NME (which was renamed
Tenet Healthcare).  

NME consulting relationship led to consulting with a number of other companies,
Avery Dennison, Amgen, Arco and others so established a consulting firm,
Metrospace, to consult with corporations on their expansion and relocation
needs.  One of the services offered was Real Estate Brokerage and
Metrospace, with 15 professionals, became the seventh largest real estate
brokerage firm in California.  Firm now national in scope and has been renamed
Cresa Partners (see web site) now 14th in overall size in the U.S with annual
sales exceeding $5.8 Billion.  Sold firm to its key people to be able to
concentrate on serving personal clients such as Tenet Healthcare and a number
of emerging companies.

Became a founding Board Member of Molecutec, LLC, a biotech company
devoted to research on nutrition at a cellular level.  Its subsidiary, PharmaVitae,
is introducing through Compounding Pharmacists a series of NutriSolution
products based upon Molecutec's patented platform technology.

Now serve on the Board of Directors of 6 companies and provide operational
input and consulting services when appropriate.
